Accounts Payable Specialist

Duties:

Three-way matching, batching, coding. PO and Non PO transactions. Process operating and manufacturing invoices in ERP system for weekly check runs. ACH, wires, live checks. Reconcile vendor invoice statements. Review weekly A/P aging reporting for missed payments. Mid to high volume in a fast-paced environment.

Requirments:

• 2+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience
• 2+ years of two-way or three-way invoice processing, including PO and Non-PO invoicing
• Proficiency with ERP systems (not just QuickBooks)
• Proficiency with Excel - pivot tables and v llookus
• Attention to detail and flexibile/adaptable personality.
